About Cor4 Youth Training

COR4 Youth Performance is a youth strength and conditioning program designed to build strong, capable, and confident athletes. Our focus is on developing movement quality, strength, and overall conditioning—the physical foundations that support success in every sport.

Rather than relying solely on sport-specific drills, our program trains the fundamentals that help young athletes move better, get stronger, and become more resilient over time.

This program is ideal for athletes who want to:

  • Improve overall athleticism, strength, and coordination

  • Support their sport training with safe, structured conditioning

  • Build confidence through functional, athletic movement

Program Details

BUILD (Ages 7–12)

Building the Foundation for Athletic Success

The Build program introduces young athletes to structured training using bodyweight exercises, coordination drills, and foundational strength movements.

Focus Areas:

  • Squatting, lunging, pushing, pulling, and core stability

  • Speed development and conditioning

  • Balance, coordination, and body awareness

  • Injury prevention through proper movement

  • Building confidence, discipline, and consistency

PERFORMANCE (Ages 12–16)

Developing Stronger, Faster, More Resilient Athletes

The Performance program builds on foundational movement skills and introduces structured strength and conditioning concepts designed to prepare athletes for sport demands.

Focus Areas:

  • Applying strength and movement to athletic performance

  • Progressive strength training fundamentals

  • Speed, power, and conditioning development

  • Proper technique and movement efficiency

  • Learning how to train safely, effectively, and with purpose

Athletes develop the tools to support performance in any sport.

Schedule & Format

Build (Ages 7–12)

  • Days: Monday–Friday

  • Time: 4:00 PM

  • Session Length: 60 minutes

Performance (Ages 12–16)

  • Days: Monday–Thursday

  • Time: 7:00 PM

  • Session Length: 60 minutes

Athletes may attend 1–5 sessions per week, allowing flexibility around sport schedules and family commitments.
