Evaluations
Cor4 Youth Performance Evaluations
Athletes entering COR4 Youth Performance get to complete a FREE fitness evaluation to help our coaches understand how they move, where they’re strong, and where they need support.
These evaluations are not tests; they’re a starting point to help each athlete train confidently and effectively. We then use this information not only in their training, but again when we re test them every 4-5 months. These evals are used to:
- Assess the current level of an athlete’s ability
- Allows proper placement in our variety of programming
- Provides individualized coaching and focus
- Records and monitors progress toward success
